All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products without notice. If a product is unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and refund any payment for that item.

2.3 Pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without notice, though such changes will not affect orders already placed.

3.1 Order Process

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve that item. We only consider an order confirmed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraudulent activity.

3.2 Payment Methods

By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

3.3 Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be added to your order total based on your shipping destination and current tax regulations.

4.1 Shipping Areas

We ship globally but cannot deliver to some Asian countries and remote areas. If you are located in a restricted area, we will cancel your order and issue a refund.

4.2 Shipping Methods and Timeframes

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx, delivered within 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after shipment

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

4.3 Risk of Loss

All items purchased from our website are delivered pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of receipt of your shipment. To be eligible for return:

• Items must be in original, unused condition
• All original tags must be attached
• Original packaging must be intact
• Baseball and softball bats must show no signs of use (no ball marks, scratches, or dirt)

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned unless defective:

• Catcher’s Gear (chest protectors, shin guards, and catcher’s masks)
• Personalized or custom leather goods
• Used or damaged equipment
• Items not in original condition

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
2. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange
3. We will email you a Return Authorization Number and instructions
4. Package the item securely with original packaging and include the RA Number
5. Ship to: Rawlings Shop Returns, 2149 Big Elm, Kansas City, US 64110

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

5.4 Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt of returned items. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
