At Rawlings Shop, we stand behind the quality of our baseball and softball equipment. We want you to be completely satisfied with your Heart of the Hideâ„¢ gloves, REV1X bats, and all Rawlings gear. If you’re not happy with your purchase, our returns and exchanges process is designed to get you the equipment you need quickly and efficiently.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of receipt of your shipment. All returned items must be in original, unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.

Important Note: For health and safety reasons, catcher’s gear and any personalized leather goods cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. All baseball and softball bats must show no signs of use (including no ball marks, scratches, or dirt) to be eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange
  3. We will email you a Return Authorization Number and instructions
  4. Package the item securely with original packaging and include the RA Number
  5. Ship the package to our address (shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless item is defective):

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund (typically 3-10 business days)

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

For size exchanges or different product exchanges:

  • Follow the same process as returns
  • We will ship your replacement item once we receive the original product
  • Expedited shipping options are available for additional fees

Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons unless defective:

  • Catcher’s Gear (including chest protectors, shin guards, and catcher’s masks)
  • Personalized or custom leather goods
  • Used or damaged equipment
  • Items not in original condition

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a prepaid return shipping label and expedite your replacement at no additional cost.
